All about Saturn's Rings
Saturn is famous for its bright rings, which are made of billions of pieces of ice and rock. The pieces range from tiny grains to chunks as big as a house. The rings are very wide, but in most places they are only tens of metres thick.
Saturn is less dense than water, so it would float in a bathtub large enough to hold it. Scientists are still studying how the rings formed and why they are so bright.
