All about Cyberbullying
Cyberbullying is using phones, computers or social media to be unkind, threatening or hurtful to someone. It can include mean messages, spreading rumours, sharing embarrassing photos or excluding people from groups.
If you are cyberbullied, do not reply in anger. Save the evidence with screenshots, block the person and report the behaviour to the app or website. Most importantly, tell a trusted adult, teacher or helpline. Nobody deserves to be bullied, and help is available.
