Gorillas

Gorillas are the largest living primates and live in family groups in forests in central Africa. They eat mostly plants, such as leaves, stems and fruit. Each night, gorillas build a new nest on the ground or in trees to sleep in.

Gorillas make nests each night from leaves and branches, and they rarely sleep in the same place twice. Gorilla groups are led by a dominant silverback male, who protects the group.
